Grace’s role as General Manager is to keep Ballingers running smoothly. Her passions lie in strategy and planning for the growth of the business, improving business admin, and supporting the development and happiness of our team!

Grace joined the Ballinger’s team in March 2021 in administration and has since moved into the manager role. She will finish her Commerce degree at University of Newcastle in July 2024 and has 6 years’ experience in the finance sector.

Grace is an avid reader! On the weekends, you will find Grace swimming at the Merewether baths, playing tennis, at a swing dancing event, or planning trips back to NZ to visit her family.
