Sam joined the Ballinger’s team in April 2020 as a trainee paraplanner and has progressed to an Associate Adviser role. He manages a small (and growing) portfolio of clients and provides support to the Senior Advisers.

Sam completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Newcastle in 2016, a Master of Financial Planning through Deakin University in 2022 and finished his Professional Year in July 2023.

Sam is driven to help clients achieve their goals and minimise financial stress by being a trusted and knowledgeable adviser.

Outside of work you’ll catch Sam at the beach, whether he is in the surf or walking along Redhead with his 2 German Shorthaired Pointers. He also enjoys mountain biking and most of all, spending time with his young family.
